Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from [Store Name].
If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. Return window

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Item must be in the original packaging.

  • You need a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

3. Returns due to change of mind / wrong size

If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong variant:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ruslanaleksutov@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your case, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping, if a replacement is not possible.

5. Return process

  1. Email us at ruslanaleksutov@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refund timing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ruslanaleksutov@gmail.com

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We recommend contacting us first to resolve any issue.
Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may slow down the resolution process.
