  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping locations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union & UK

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at ruslanaleksutov@gmail.com  and we’ll check if we can ship to you.

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

  • EU & UK: 7–15 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we’ll always do our best to help you track your parcel.

4. Shipping fees

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

  • From time to time, we offer free shipping above a certain order value. When available, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot control or predict these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date at ruslanaleksutov@gmail.com  with your order number.

  2. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. After investigation with the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, according to our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

  • Reship the order to the correct address (additional shipping fee may apply), or

  • Refund the order excluding the original shipping cost.
